Hi Anette - Thanks for your comment. I am currently on the Pacific Coast in Mexico. Start doing a bit of research on SAD and see if it resonates with you. Blessings B

Thanks so much! We are more sun dependant than we know. I think intuitively we all know what we need to get healthy and happy. Sun therapy is powerful! Happy trails!

Wow!
I love your last few posts and completely relate in so many ways.
Thank you for sharing your story, I needed to hear it!
I don’t get depressed in winter but my body needs to live where one can nurture better body voltage.
Salt water, sand, sunshine, more sunsets/red light, kind culture and community, fresh food from my local community…
Ive always wanted to live in a more vibrant culture.
I have travelled a bit and one can find the sun in many places but finding kind hearted community is such a blessing.

I believe that when we honour what our body asks for, and honour what our heart asks for, health follows.
The journey has been long.
I’m at a place where I will no longer plead for support, nor plead for others to recognize my needs.

See you on the trails sister!

Hi Brenda,
Thank you taking the time to help others. I've been struggling since 2012 and have not been able to find wellness. After reading your page, I am hopeful. I am going to begin the parasite cleanse this week. I have not spent time on parasite cleansing and I feel it could be the missing link as to why I cannot get better. I wish you the best and many blessings.

Hi again, wanted to mention that I did have another mineral hair test and this is what it showed. Low potassium and sodium. I believe my C4A is so low from being in long term exposure to mold in my home in Woodburn. So, might be that I have to take binders so that my ribs wont hurt with toxin overload. You didn't say whether you had EBV with your Lyme? Most do have it. Anyway, living in sunnier non mold environment now and feeling much better except for the ribs. I am going to buy a net to sleep under protecting me from EMF at night. I believe this will help. Blessings

I've been looking forward to hearing about your tale. Very enjoyable read. I appreciate your willingness to share your feelings during the middle part of your walk. Sharing those dark thoughts and feelings help us all feel more connected, I believe. Loved the pictures and the more lighthearted 'tellings' as well. Wondering what your next chapter will reveal!

Welcome back Brenda, I'm sure you are going through withdrawls about now but what precious memories you have and your sense of accomplishment and commitment to finish this God given promise. I pray someday I can also accomplish some goals and dreams.
I am facing a couple of lingering blocks now. One, I am fighting EBV with my liver on overload. I am trying to really feed my body. Did you ever deal with this virus? The other is I just got my minerals back since 6 months ago and I am still very depleted in sodium and potassium ! I also find my body getting very acidic and painful in my ribs from ph being too low. I had quit doing my green shakes with avocado due to poor digestion and needing cooked foods. I also quit eating meat for a while due to much intake of fat that now Ive learned the endoxins love and build themselves on. I eat meat now once a week. I wish I could get these two levels of sodium and potassium up and things would really improve. I was told by two Doctors though that they did not see anymore Lyme Disease or Borellia in me. The potassium supplements seem to be doing nothing, I'm afraid to take a powder or liquid due to stomach irritation. Oh, I was taking vitamin C powder in liquid but stopped that due to it not helping my bones and ribs hurting. Ok, blessings to you and your next goal of getting this house deal up and running. You can do It !!!
