Everything we eat has the power to heal or kill us. This recipe is super healthy and easy to make. Now is the time to throw out all of the commercially prepared toxic salad dressings that you have in your fridge. This vinaigrette does not require refrigeration and goes well on almost every salad. It is also very nice on steamed vegetables, baked potatoes or rice. This is my staple salad dressing. I make a large bottle and always have some on hand.
Ingredients
2 cups extra virgin olive oil – Buy a good quality in a dark bottle
1 cup apple cider vinegar with the mother
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 – 2 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp nutritional yeast – optional
Pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt
Directions
Pour all ingredients into an empty olive oil bottle or glass mason jar with a lid. Shake up and pour onto your favorite salad. Enjoy all of that nutritional goodness!!
